Your account is for personal or corporate use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or authorized for use by third parties.

3.1 Users have the right to enjoy the corresponding services in accordance with the Platform's regulations and have the right to provide opinions and suggestions.

3.2 Users should properly safeguard their account information and password, and not provide them to others for use. Users are responsible for all activities carried out under their accounts and shall be liable for all actions taken under their accounts.

3.3 Users shall not engage in any illegal, irregular, or infringing activities using the Platform, including but not limited to publishing false information, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.

4. Platform Responsibility

4.1 The Platform will make every effort to provide stable and secure services but does not make any express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, security, or reliability of the services.

4.2 The Platform has the right to adjust, improve, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services based on actual circumstances and shall not be liable for any resulting consequences.

4.3 The Platform has an obligation to take reasonable technical and managerial measures to protect the security and privacy of user personal information.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses incurred by users due to the use of the Platform's services.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the software, technology, images, text, audio, video, and other materials used on the Platform belong to the Platform. Without authorization, users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or use them.

7. Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and application of these terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties shall resolve disputes through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court for resolution.

8. Other Agreements

These terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties and supersede any previous oral or written agreements. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
